Terms & Conditions

1. General Information

This website is owned and operated by Viktoriia and Volodymyr Yehupov (hereinafter referred to as “We” or “Our team”). By using our website and booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Our Services

We provide professional wedding photography and videography services in Italy and beyond, including:

• Wedding day coverage (photo and video)
• Proposal and engagement sessions
• Couple & love story photoshoots
• Honeymoon and post-wedding sessions
• Aerial (drone) photo and video coverage
• Post-production (editing, retouching, color grading, sound design)

Each service is tailored to the client’s request, and final pricing is agreed individually.

3. Payment

• To secure your booking, a 20% deposit is required.
• The remaining balance (80%) is due on the wedding/photo-video shoot day.
• Additional expenses (transportation beyond 50 km from Milan, villa entry fees, boat rentals, parking, accommodation, etc.) are covered by the client.

4. Delivery of Materials

• 10-20 preview photos will be delivered within 10 days after the event.
• All final photos and videos will be delivered within 2 months.
• Files are delivered digitally (via online gallery and/or download link).

5. Copyright & Usage Rights

• All copyrights remain with us.
• The client receives a non-exclusive license for personal use (printing, sharing on social media, private storage).
• We retain the right to use images and videos for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• If cancelled more than 6 months before the event, the deposit is refundable.
• If cancelled less than 6 months before the event, the deposit is non-refundable, but a voucher of equal value will be issued, valid for 6 months (can be used for a photoshoot, couple session, etc.).
• In case of force majeure (illness, natural disasters, etc.), we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel with a full refund.

7. Liability

• We guarantee a professional approach and high-quality results.
• However, we cannot be held responsible for unpredictable circumstances (weather, third-party actions, technical issues beyond control).
• In the unlikely event of a total technical failure resulting in loss of all materials, the client will be refunded in full.

8. Governing Law

All agreements are subject to the laws of Italy.
